These Terms of Service govern your use of BacktestPro, operated by Voxbox Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BacktestPro provides cryptocurrency and asset backtesting tools for educational and informational purposes. The service includes strategy backtesting, DCA optimisation, seasonality analysis, and related analytical tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BacktestPro. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free accounts are limited to 5 backtest runs per calendar month.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent free tier limits or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit malicious code

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, and branding on BacktestPro is owned by Voxbox Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of any backtest configurations or strategies you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data to provide the service.

7. No financial advice

BacktestPro is an analytical tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please read our full Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxbox Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any investment losses made in reliance on backtest results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that backtest results are accurate, complete, or free from errors. Historical price data is sourced from third parties and may contain inaccuracies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
